R3 Consulting understands that some clients can feel extremely overwhelmed with just the very thought of gathering up their many photos/slides/videos and attempting to organize them before handing them off to be digitized. We recognize that for some people this is a hurdle that can make this fantastic project stop dead in its tracks. For those clients that need the extra support and organizational assistance, we offer an exclusive media concierge service. One of our media concierges will come out to your home and do a complete media consultation and assist you in determining the best way to organize your media for the best results. The first hour is free; each additional hour is $50.

PICK UP/DELIVERY of photos
Here in the media services department of R3 Consulting, we understand that for some people boxing up your precious pictures and memories and shipping them to an unknown and distant company can be a scary and nerve racking thought. That is why we want you to know that we offer a free pickup and delivery service to our local clients. All of the bulk photo and slide scanning is done on site at our offices by one of our techs who will treat your memories as if they were their own. Nothing leaves our office once we pick it up!
